Currently, we offer studios, convertibles, one bedroom and two bedroom residences with one or two bathrooms (per plan). Kingsbury Plaza consists of 420 luxury apartments available as studios, convertibles, one bedroom and two bedroom residences with one or two bathrooms (per plan). Appointments are being set now, so be sure to contact us today.

How do I get directions?
What hours are you open? Our leasing center is located at 520 N. Kingsbury. You can find easy directions here. Our leasing center is open Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
